JANET BENNETT attended University of Wales, Aberystwyth, as mature student. B.A.Hons in Drama, specialising in performance and directing. Directed for the Music Department of the university before and during her Degree Course. Co-directed Trojan Women and Macbeth for the Drama Department.
Upon moving to Newbury she directed for the local operatic group, theatre company and Kennet Opera. She has been based there since 1991.
